Each treatment session will be individually tailored to your needs. Expect a fully relaxing and therapeutic experience.
Raindrop Therapy
Nine different plant oils are used in this essential oil massage technique based on Lakota Native healing. This relaxing treatment includes application of powerful antibacterial, antiviral oils along the spine. These work to detoxify the body, soften tired muscles, and create a sense of peace and wellbeing. The session incorporates light massage to the feet and back, and is absolutely heavenly! Only the highest quality, therapeutic-grade oils from Young Living are used.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
This includes long, gliding strokes to relax your muscles while decreasing overall stress. It is the most well-known form of massage and helps your body remove toxins, deliver nutrients to tissues and cells more efficiently, and recover from strains and trauma more quickly. This can be performed with moderate to firm pressure depending on your preference.
Deep Tissue Massage
This would be more appropriately called "focused tissue massage." It is slow, focused work, targeting specific muscle groups that may be contributing to discomfort. This can be brought into your massage treatment as needed. It allows the practitioner to reach the deeper layers of musculature, slowly working into the deep layers of muscle tissue.
Hot Stone Massage
This is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage. The heat feels great and helps your tight muscles to release. Traditional strokes of Swedish massage are used while holding a heated stone. Heated stones are also placed in specific points along your spine, or in the palms of your hand, or even between your toes.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity bodywork feels wonderful and has amazing results. A polarity session is extremely relaxing. You remain fully clothed except for your shoes and socks. The session includes light massage, some relaxing rocking moves, gentle spinal alignment and balancing, and touching specific pressure points along the energy pathways of your body.
Reflexology
This work connects your feet with the rest of your body. Specific reflex points of the feet connect to all the organs, glands, and systems of the body. Massage of those points helps stimulate and energize your entire body, feels great, and assists in circulation.
