About myself

Originally from New York, I grew up in the beautiful White Mountains of NH.

I graduated from White Mtns Regional High School in 1997 and have since spent time living in Denver Colorado, Portland Oregon, and Southern Maine.

In 2006, I received a bachelor's of science in health studies with a focus on prevention from Portland State University in Oregon.

I then moved back to New England and completed the amazing 600 hour holistic massage program at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME.

After becoming a Maine state licensed massage therapist, I continued on with Spa Tech's 120 hour therapeutic deep tissue program.
My training includes a total of 620 classroom hours and 130 clinic hours.

My Certifications Include

  • Licensed massage therapist in Maine and New Hampshire.

  • Certified Polarity Practitioner.

  • Nationally certified bodyworker through NCBTMB

  • Member of ABMP (associated bodywork and massage professionals.)

  • A massage or polarity session is a wonderful way to release tension, negative thoughts and emotions, and to let go of anything that isn't serving you.

  • The body is naturally designed to heal itself. That healing happens easiest when we are in a state of relaxation.

  • I provide and hold a space of respect, of being present, and of listening to your body's wisdom.

  • Having been trained in a variety of massage modalities, each session will be individually tailored to you.

  • This is your time and you are the expert on your healing.

  • With this in mind, I encourage you to tell me what feels right for you and what does not. I will do everything possible to ensure your experience is absolutely positive and rewarding.
